DDSA Addition Amount
Epoxy Resin Curing (For Insulating Oil/Transformer Oil Sealant) ,Addition Ratio70%~90% (in curing agent system) ,1:1 equivalent ratio with epoxy resin; curing temperature 120~150℃; improves sealant toughness and insulation.
Industrial Rust Preventive Oil (Inter-process/Shortterm Rust Prevention) ,Addition Ratio2%~4% ,Forms a dense ester film on metal surfaces; rust prevention period 1~3 months; suitable for carbon steel/cast iron workpieces.
Industrial Gear Oil (Auxiliary Improvement of Low-temperature Lubrication),Addition Ratio 0.3%~0.8% ,Added in small amounts to improve low-temperature fluidity (no precipitation at -10℃); cannot replace PIBSA.
Textile/Leather Auxiliary (Lubrication & Antistatic) ,Addition Ratio1%~2.5%, Compound with surfactants; suitable for fabric softening finishing and improving water resistance.

Curing Conditions: 120℃/2h + 150℃/1h; Shore hardness D70~75 of cured product; volume
resistivity ≥1×10¹⁴Ω·cm
Application: Transformer oil/insulating oil pipeline sealing, epoxy potting compound; oilresistant, temperature-resistant and insulating.
: Inter-process Rust Preventive Oil (Special for Carbon Steel)
Ratio (Mass Ratio): DDSA : Barium Petroleum Sulfonate : Base Oil (100N) : Benzotriazole (BTA) = 3:2:94.5:0.5 Performance: 3 months of room temperature rust prevention; no red rust in 48h salt spray test (5%NaCl); easy to clean (removable with kerosene/diesel).
Low-temperature Industrial Gear Oil (68#, Suitable for -10℃)
